We do our best to proceed your order ASAP, however, it can take up to 5-6 days before shipping. The waiting time for purchases of specific products made on this Website depends on your location. Return and Refunds

If the item is not what was ordered, lost in transit or damaged, please contact at donche.k17@gmail.com immediately for a Full Refund. If possible, please include pictures. Keep all original packing materials, as they may be needed for investigation purposes.
Please don’t worry if you’ve missed the delivery and the package got returned to us – we will contact you as soon as we get it back with next steps. If you’d like to return undamaged item, please contact us at donche.k17@gmail.com in 5 days after receiving your order. Please include the order’s number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Shipping method should be tracked and is paid by a sender. The item should be in a perfect condition and in original packaging. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically Fully refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
